Had I known I was going to have to drive all the way back to grapevine so many times after purchase, I would have looked at car dealerships closer to where I live

Jody kept my commercial vehicle for 8days and followed up several times to let me know they will get to my vehicles soon. on the 8th day she calls to tell me they don't carry equipment to lift a 13 thousand pound vehicle so they couldn't provide services. This was a bad joke at my expense. how do you take a commercial vehicle to provide services not knowing how that you can't because you don't have the tools/equipment to provide services. very disappointed.

A “engine oil booster” was added to my bill without my consent. This is after I already had a problem with victor telling me my warranty would be voided if I didn’t pay for the complete fluid flush for $1100. Additionally, there was a lady in the booth before me complaining that your service representative had added a break flush without her really understanding it would be at a cost. The service representative them joked about it with me about her complaing that she “didn’t have money”. Your business is dishonest at best and I will be doing everything I can to steer people away from it.

It's hard to find an advisor who is knowledgeable and personable. The last time I took my vehicle for service I was told he was no longer at Midway and got stuck with a new advisor who just did not communicate to well. This led us to taking our vehicle elsewhere. Well I just found out Brad is back after taking my vehicle for an oil change today and I'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future services. For me, I like knowing I'm taken care of and Brad always goes the extra mile.
