I was really impressed with how I saw customers treated during my visit. This was one of my first times at this dealership where I felt they were very helpful and looking out for my interest vs trying to hard sell me something that was not yet needed. I am usually hesitant to come back to this service shop because while always nice & polite, they are pretty notorious for the hard upsale. This visit, I listened to 2 service people do the right thing by the customer. Your management must have changed but I believe you will keep & bring in more customers this way. Nice job!
