Asked to have a service bulletin performed and tech refused but was willing to tear into my newly rebuilt transmission for a heavy fee. Ended up taking to new dealership to get it resolved the same day. We will also be purchasing two vehicles this week and will NOT be back to shop at Grapevine Ford. Service advisor was no assistance.

It was not Kevin. I thought you washed the exterior before returning it? Also you did not even read the text I sent. My display blacked out again the day after I picked it up and sent you a photo. I had a serious concern about getting 13.9- 14.2 mPg but obviously you don’t care or just blame the customer who spent a lot of money with you and have purchased multiple vehicles through you. I get horrible mileage, already a major recall, transmission fluid on my garage floor you don’t wash the outside of the car. Do you need me to send you a copy of Sewell’s book? Not a happy camper but I doubt you care or will even read this! You have my money!
