I was disappointed with the service. I had to call 4 times to get ahold of someone to find out if my car was ready. I waited all day for my car to be ready for a simple oil change and zaktak paint touch up. I also requested that the tires psi is changed from 40 to 35. The tire pressure request was ignored, the zaktak was not even started and the oil change had just got done. We’re talking 6 hours later. Just didn’t seem on the ball and I didn’t feel very well taken care of.

This is my second trip to the get Zactec applied to my car that I got about a year ago. Both times, the experience was awful. When I pulled in to the service lot for my 9:30 appointment, no one wanted to help me because I didn't know who my advisor was. No one ever gave me a name of anyone when I made the appointment. After over 6 hours, the car was still dirty and when I pointed out the spots on the car, the guy said it was my responsibility to ensure the car was clean when I brought it in. That is so contrary to what the sales people said when I purchased the car. They said to bring it in and the service people would thoroughly clean the exterior before applying Zactek. So tired of the non-performance and lack of care by Midway. I am not impressed.
