I was going to drop off my car for the day and come back. I was talked into staying saying that it would just be 20 minutes.. waited 2.5 hours and had to cancel my day. So I went out at 2.5 hours to find out what happened and no one had touched my vehicle at all. I had also asked for it to be washed and it wasn't even washed
