I will never buy another car from this dealership again. One of the sales associates was so desperate to get a sale he offered to trade in my husband’s 2020 trailboss for a 2021 with no interest. Don’t you know we’re in a pandemic? Just because it’s tax return season doesn’t mean people have money to blow. Not only did they take three hours of my husbands time that we will never get back to change his oil and rotate the tires, they were extremely rude and mocked him when he said no he didn’t want to trade in his 2020 vehicle for a year newer. This dealership acts like they’re giving you the best deal when they really just hide the fees at the end when you sign all the paperwork. Again, not only will we be taking our vehicle to another establishment to get the oil changed and tires rotated but we will be taking our business elsewhere when we do decide to upgrade. I’d rather pay sticker price then come back to this miserable place. I recommend this dealership spend a little less money in their bogus promotions and invest in some customer service training. It costs $0 to have manners.
