When I bought my truck I was able to get a ride back home whenever I had maintenance. Now they can only take me to a Max of 15 miles. They should of told me that when I bought my truck! I will not be buying any vehicles at Midway.

I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 am. I had to call around 2:30 pm to find about the status of my vehicle. Monday he called and said truck was finished so I asked him for a total and he did not have it yet but he would call me back ,he never did. After spending 2800 hundred dollars at your facility I expect a lot better response for information. Not satisfied at all. I will consider other repair facilities from now on.

The technician I feel did not do a thorough job in evaluating the issues as several problems developed after my car was picked up.
