Car was returned dirty(only rinsed)and problematic. Now my car wont recognize the key fob randomly. i dont think that its a reflection on David himself but on Nissan. This the second Nissan place ive had service done and both were times my experience were unsatisfactory. Only this time my car has started to malfunction.

The service associate never called me to give an update on the status of my vehicle, I had to call many times for updates. On Friday I was told that parts would arrive over the weekend and the vehicle would be done on Monday. I called 4 times on Monday inquiring about the status and never received a call back. I ended up going in to the service department to find out what was going on. When I arrived the service associate said that the vehicle was done, and that he called me on Friday to tell me it was done. I then reminded him that I was the one who called him on Friday and that he told me then that they were waiting on parts. I asked him if he was sure the repairs were finished, and he said “it looked done”. I asked him to double check, and when he did he found out that the repairs were not completed. I had to leave and return the next day to pick up the vehicle, which caused me to pay for another day of the rental car. The service associate said that he would cover the cost of the extra day on the rental, but that never happened. I know that the service department is busy, but we depend on the reliability of our vehicles, and don’t appreciate that people working in service don’t seem to care or show any sense of urgency to get repairs completed. Also, the vehicle was filthy when I picked it up. It had rained over the weekend and the vehicle was left out to get dirty. At the very least, it could have been run through the car wash.
