I am highly disappointed in my experience on Monday (2/15/21). I had been in the previous weekend to try to get an oil change (was told I arrived too late and would have to either leave my car (with no loaner offered) or reschedule. I wound up taking my car elsewhere for the oil change.
Jason V. did schedule me for the 15th to have the extended warranty issue taken care of. It was my day off so I asked for an early appointment (I was scheduled for 7am). When I arrived, I was informed that the technicians do not even arrive until 8. I sat outside because 90% of the people inside (including employees) were NOT wearing masks.
At first the kid who was handling my appointment (as Jason wasn’t even there when I arrived) was kind of rude (like he was annoyed that he had to be handling someone else’s appointment). I will say he was more pleasant towards the end. However, I was finally informed at 8:40 that you guys didn’t even have the part to fix the warranty extension issue and I’ll have to come back again.
