Austin took very good care of me. He even drove my car around front because I have a bad knee and he was afraid I might fall so he made it easier for me to get in the car thank you Austin!!

I brought my car in because of a grinding noise that I have been hearing for months. I think it’s important to note that I also brought my in for the same reason, back in December. I’m concerned about this because 8 months after purchasing the car, I heard the same noise and ended up having to have rear end work done on my Mustang. When I tried to explain this to Jody after she told me that the tech didn’t hear anything, she sighed like she didn’t want to hear what I was saying. I could not believe this!!! That is terrible customer service. Everyone at Grapevine Ford has always been friendly to me, except for her. Even after I experienced a terrible purchasing process, I still returned to the dealership for maintenance for my car. I will not return here for ANY services in the future. Nor will I recommend the dealership to anyone.

I useto take another car in for service and got a detailed review of the tasks performed. I took in a nissan rogue in this week and I was only given my receipt and a copy of the battery test. I was just surprised that the detailed review wasn't given this time but overall the service was great and speedy.
