I was not notified when vehicle service was completed. I sat in waiting room for hours when I finally decided to check representative Christian in Booth #7. I could not locate Christian so another rep assisted me. Upon checking file he stated vehicle had been completed for awhile and apologized for not being notified in a timely manner.
