I took my truck in to have the tires rotated. The mirror fixed. And the oil changed. I was charged 175 (with a coupon). The tires were not rotated because I didn’t have the wheel lock. Which I understand but I was still charged and this was not told to me until after I paid and asked. The mirror I was told was broken and it was $800 but I was still charged to be told it was broken. I just don’t feel like I got any value. And they also had my car all day. I was really considering going elsewhere for maintenance and car purchasing and I think this has convinced me I need too. I even called back and calming explained I didn’t feel good about the events and I was dismissed. Thanks Jeff.
