I was not expecting “complimentary “ service! Your service department was so accurate in servicing my 2009 Rogue, which made me want another Rogue and was convinced your service department would deliver the same accurate and excellent service, plus always sending away with the most spotless clean car. Take good care of all employees in the service department, they really are exceptional.

I received a text message supposedly from Tyler. It stated that if I had any questions to text him. I texted with a question about what was found on my truck and never received a response. In fairness I got there earlier than planned due to leaving early due to possible icy roads and Tyler was not there yet so Jason S. checked in my truck. I finally left a voice mail with Tyler first and mentioned that Jason checked in my truck. Then left a message with Jason next who did call me back about 45 minutes later. The only dissatisfaction I have was no communication via the text system. The service was good. Thanks Jason.

I am saddened that the 2020 trax was a car that cost me to come in in the first year four times for a check engine light. However Hugh Abbott is someone I’m very loyal to and trust very much and he shines a light there for Midway. and helps me feel better about this new car having this problem. I’d like to take care of some things and look at something else probably gonna have to wait to get rid of it but I will be getting rid of that car at some point in getting something else.
