1st you have a tech leave a radiator cap off truck over heats. Then find out when they flush and recharge that error my truck freezes up and I'm again stranded now at 5 degrees. Sure you recharged the antifreeze again... And not even an apology. No I wouldn't say I'm satisfied with Reliable service department.

Disappointing beyond belief. Took keep in on Feb. 8 after waiting several weeks for all parts to be received to complete work on 6 recall items. I took keep in at 9 AM. And was told it would be ready that afternoon. I called later to check on it and was told it would be the next morning. Then I called the afternoon of Feb 9 and was told it could be as late as Friday as a “certified transmission tech” would have to be found/ scheduled. Called to check on Friday but told they needed to get transmission lines, would be ready Monday, called Monday afternoon told it would be Tuesday and it would washed and ready to go. Arrived about 11:00 Feb 16. I was handed the keys to my keep that looked like it had been in a dust and rain storm. Not even the windshield was wiped off! I would be happy to share pictures. I could go on about calls not retuned but the excuses were hollow.
You have a culture that needs to change and I am sure impacting the owners profit.
