When I went to get some things that were scheduled to be done to my new truck that day no one had any idea what and why I was there early in the morning and then later that day got a call from your dealership saying I missed my appt and I had went to the wrong department and talked to the wrong front desk people from the dealership. Wow you guys **** at communicating

Jorge was excellent. The courtesy service of lift needs to be explained to lift I was told to sit on the bench, well apparently the driver could not find the bench and when they come in none of your service men were able to tell the driver I am on the bench. Lift kept sending me messages telling me my phone number was not in there system I would answer that it was being paid by midway but it was as if they could not understand my words and they cancelled the service I was appreciative of the service I planned to tip well but I was upset with the service for the lack of communication between lift and your business and the lack of professionalism from midway. Now as for your service to me you recommended many services I didn’t need. I took my car back to where I purchased the battery and had it retested they stated they would replace it for free but it was still good You also said I needed shocks so I had them tested as well. I was told they are still good I have a piece of plastic that is loose and need some attention but the shocks were still good. They did recommend a better tire and educated me on the purchase of tires but you would have had me spend 1400 on shocks It makes me wonder if I really needed those hoses I did need the thermostat and that I am happy with and your employees was good but I do think you take advantage of women thinking we are stupid. I have been very loyal to you I have bought all my cars from Chevrolet and all from midway since I have been in Arizona I have my car repaired at midway and I have no idea why. It is good to recommend services that are wise to have done, explain why and let me budget them but not needless services like the brake fluid flush, which I can have done at the car wash for much less and according to others is an unnecessary service. I don’t have the money to waste on unnecessary services but I do want to take excellent care of my car. I depend on it. I am very loyal to you. How wonderful it would be if you were loyal to your customers and not think of us as a way to pad your pockets. Your goal should not be how much money can I make off of this I’ll informed person but rather how can I provide a service to this person in need helping my customer and providing jobs for the community while also making a profit. Be a successful business that serves the community.

I had an appointment at 1. Left us waiting for 1 and half without taking car back. In our 2nd inquiry they finally took it back. Brought out 30 min later saying cracked manifold go to dealer for manufacturer warranty. The following week I get it into the dealer and they advise catalytic converter broke. Left us hanging for 2hours i. Service waiting room and diagnosed it wrong. Told me I was ok to keep driving til I got to dealer. Told me oil sensor broke, per other dealer nothing wrong. Then finally left with est that included a deductible they should waive per wrap warrenty that I bought from them. This was my first time using service there. Start to finish everyone was dismissive of our time and wrong about everything from car to write up.

Well there was one issue concerning my contact number and if I hadn’t called I would’ve never known that my car was ready. They said they called and no answer but you couldn’t have tried to send an email or ask me my contact info before I leave the lot
