I went to get year end service done and when I was told the car was ready I noticed it was still wet after washing. I had to ask that it be sent back to dry out.
Next when u went to sit in the car I noticed the driver side floor mat W as s dirty and my rubber mat missing. When I asked where the mat was I was informed it was in my trunk and I can get it out. I was disappointed in the service level that I expected Lexus, a class organisation to offer.
