1st. I had an appointment for 8:30 on Monday, Aug 8, and was told it could 6 to 8 hours. Then made an appointment for 8AM Aug 10 but was told that it won't go into the shop until 9. Not commenting on the representative, but your service is inadequate. I took my wife's vehicle in at a different dealership for the same service and had it back in less than 3 hours. My appointment for this service was at 7AM and out by 9:30. How can you compare? Another thing, it took 30 minutes to get my car up the drive out. A runner was given the key to retrieve my vehicle and ended up back on the representative desk. The runner given the key again to get the vehicle. I was never notified that my vehicle was ready. I had to ask.

This was one best dealer service I have in years, Eric was exellent fron the moment I arrived, I was so extress out about all the lights going on my dashboard but he seen so knowledgeable and understanding that I felt at ease in no time.The service at the previous Nissan delears was good don’t get me wrong but it was not as good as this experience, I end it out not getting anything done because is time for a new carb but the attention and honesty I feel was great, thank you for doing so a good job now when is ready hard to get a even decent customer service
