The oil pan drain plug was cracked on my F150 after the Service Department had changed my oil. I had to bring my truck back in. Mark was very kind, courteous and professional. Jason was very kind and provided great service however I was told misleading information by someone else from the dealership. I received a call telling me my I had a complimentary oil change and had asked me if I wanted to take advantage of it. When I came for the service I was charged and told that was false, it was very misleading and I wouldn’t have drove all the way out there when I could have just changed my own oil or taken to a place that wasn’t 80$.

Transaction was good although I had to leave to get a call back accepting the deal. The rep was easy to work with and communication was good.
Only thing I was a bit dissatisfied with was the delivery. First no one had programmed a new fob that was part of the deal and the vehicle was bit as clean as I expected it to be and the truck wasn’t full of gas. The rep did get a fob programmed and truck cleaned up some, and told me to come back when I get plates, to fill up the vehicle. Dealership had the truck for 1 1/2 days so I figured all this was done when I can for pickup and I had to wait for about an hour for delivery once arrived
