This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I was told that my van would be ready the day I turned it in at 2 PM. I started trying to reach Jorge at 3 because I had not heard from him. He did not return any of my attempts at reaching him. In fact, he called after 5 PM to tell me I wouldn’t even get my van until the next day! I had no way to pick up my daughter or go to work the next day. No apology, no nothing! He said he would call me the next morning between 9 and 10. Of course, no phone call!! I had to follow up with a manger. I am so angry about how this was handled!

Am switching where I go for service to another dealer. Service people have been rude multiple times. And this was after the finance guy tried to screw is in the lease protection plans. When you drive in to to see if car can be serviced for warranty items/defects you just stand there and wait forever. Bought two vehicles within past two years and this dealer could care less. And the service guy this time started yelling at me in text with all CAPS because I told him wasn’t satisfied with him initially refusing to order part-visor that kept falling down since vehicle purchased. He said I would have to make appt., then come sit there for two hours and then they would order part and so would have to come back. When I asked if they had a loaner that day as had appt he said no. Airpark staff are just plain rude. No need to contact me. I am making appt. at another dealer and will go somewhere else to purchase future vehicles.
