I was not unsatisfied so much with my advisor, or the service manager, I’m more dissatisfied and upset with whatever technician made my headliner begin to tear and come apart from the weatherstripping on the driver’s side, from rubbing against it every time he got in and out of the car. One of my interior trim pieces is missing, and as I’m writing this, I just called a few minutes ago to check on when the piece will be coming in, and not a single person on the service drive answered. I was treated great by the service manager throughout the month and a half my car was stuck at the dealership, and my advisor was pretty good as well, but I then found out that someone crossed the terminals on my car trying to jump start it, and according to my source “almost caught the car on fire”. It was later rectified and I was given a loaner, which is something that should’ve happened after my car was stuck there for weeks on end for such a simple fix. I can’t help but think the technicians can’t be that trustworthy if I don’t have my car for a month and a half just to replace a sensor, and in that time I get pushed off after calling every couple of days to check on it, it finally gets fixed, nobody tells me about damaging my car, the mechanical damage gets fixed, I finally get the car back, and my interior is now worse than when I brought it in. I’m really not sure if it’s the detailers who cleaned it in and out to blame, or the technicians, but I’d think it’s safe to say it was both.

RGD is my rep and he is truly the reason that I continue to go to a dealership, instead of someplace less expensive for a simple oil change. (I am suffering from COVID related financial issues...????) I appreciate the personal relationship with him as a representative of Lexus. When I do get a new car, you guys will be the ones I will go to when that time comes! Thank you RGD for honoring me!

I worked with Daniel. I only met Jesus at the end of my appt. I was not happy with my oil change b/c there were several reasons. First, Daniel tried to upcharge me with services like a paint job and tire rotation. I explained that my car was repainted in Oct and I got new tires and a rotation in January. So why ask over and again. Also the final bill was $60 even with a coupon (-$20). They reduced it to $40. I told Daniel and Jesus I never ps over $40 for an oil change. I may not use Midway for service again.
