The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. Mr. Luna made sure everything was clear and concise and I appreciate the transparency provided throughout the stressful process of bringing my car into a new service shop. I definitely plan on bringing my car back for any future services as well as recommending this location to friends and family.

Someone scratched my truck on the right front fender where the air box is. I believe the tech was leaning on it or something and scratched my truck. I can send photos. It’s only the top part of the fender so the hood was up when it happened. I would like someone to call me so I can send them pictures.

I will never bring my car back there for service. My trunk was dismantled and when I came to pic it up they were told to wash it and it was not then the kid said do you still want it washed? Lol I said yeah. It was like he thru a bucket of water on it. Sides still dirty. I get home to put my thing I carry in trunk back in and find my trunk taken apart and not put back together. I also have the tool in my trunk. I took pictures. Very poor review for a person that would want to buy a Chrystler. I have friends an family there you have no idea I would never buy a Chrystler again. Thanks for the tools I will take my car somewhere else to be serviced.

Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. Was told by Jorge it would take an hour to an hour fifteen. Waited 90 minutes and received no update. When I finally found Jorge he told me they were running behind and hadn’t even begun. Asked for my keys and left. What a waste of time. If you value your customers time you need to teach your staff to communicate better than that.
