When I booked the appointment today and ask about my prepaid services they never answer my questions. When I picked up I found out about the ridiculous charge for a oil change. The service guy seemed very irritated that I asked about the charges this was the first time I’ve ever been charged for an oil change. He said the computers were running slow. I have one more service with zaktak. After that I will never come back to this rude service place again.

The service department lied about inspecting my vehicle before I took delivery of it. 3 days after purchasing the vehicle, the service department caused over $3000 in damage to my new, rare corvette by cracking the carbon fiber splitter with a jack when I went in for a simple oil change. I've had the car for 1 month and 2 days and have been waiting to have the damaged piece replaced since January 25th. Every time I call to inquire about it,I either get hung up on, told ill be called back only to hear from no one or just flat out lied to about when the new piece is coming. I will never ever take my car here for maintenance again once the piece is finally replaced. I'm considering taking legal action if the damaged piece is not replaced soon. I really wish I had found this car at a more reputable dealership.
