Taken in 400 Mike’s ago for squealing pulley. Back again louder than before. Told it was ready and driver brought it around and still squealing. The frustrating part is there had to be 3-4 people deal with this truck and none of them heard the problem it was brought in for , and STILL making noise. Did all this in the winter and now we need the truck and a lackey mechanic let it slide and now we can’t get it on production. SO frustrating. And I have no other options for dealers to take it to. I’m stuff with this same mechanic to try and fix it a third time.

Although the outside of the car looked wonderful and the inside looked okay, you might want to tell the guys that are doing the detailing that they need to vacuum everything that's on the floor. By the seats on the driver's side door in between the front and the back on the floor there was a lot of stuff left. It wouldn't be as noticeable if the rug was gray, but it's black. Other than that, it looked good. I used to detail cars, so I notice these things right off the bat.
