The service provided by Jason and grapevine were great. Jason sent a picture of an interior cosmetic issue on my platinum F150 to Ford which they denied to replace claiming I caused the damage and tried to fix it, which is ironic when the other issue (also interior cosmetic) was covered and replaced on a wear item. Jason seemed to agree with me as well but it was one of those “oh well what can you do” sort of things. Disappointing that Ford won’t take of customers that buy their high end vehicles.

From Feb 11 to Feb 24 left multiple vm and messages assistant answering the phones to schedule appt. Never received a call back from Matt. I went to service dept in person and vehicle was taken for we owe. 2 days later left messages and called checking if truck was completed, no response. I could see stays changes and gps movement of truck ford pass. I went to department and found truck completed. Still to this day have I yet to converse or speak with Matt. 45 minutes after I pick up my truck I receive a call it was ready. This is atleast 4 hours after I observed my truck was moved from back to front lot. Which is why I assumed it was ready. Received 2 messages via text while was in service, stating text with questions. I did and received no response.
