I made an appointment and had to wait a week and a half before you had an opening. When I took it in it was two days before they started working on it. What’s the sense of having an appointment if you don’t work on it the day of the appointment. All that was done was reattaching a sensor in the front bumper. It took three hours labor because they had to remove the bumper to get to the center. Three hours with a 10:00 AM appointment should’ve been completed by the end of that workday. I would not be so upset but this happens often when I have an appointment with service and a rental car provided it rarely gets done that day

Brian is great as always. Now the rest of your staff I can’t say the same. The customer service is terrible!! Calling Brian is terrible everytime and it’s never him it’s the staff I need to speak with to get to him. Today I provided my call back number and when she read it back I told her it was wrong and provided the correct number again. When I asked for her to read it back because herself and another lady I had previously left my number with got it wrong. Well JASMINE told me she had only messed up the last part like ma’am you want to argue about my number and what you got wrong instead of repeating it??! Yeahhhhh y’all take a guess how the experience was. Nonetheless Brian makes up for it everytime with excellent customer service and support. He said Monday and I got my car back Monday! Thanks as always BRIAN. JASMINE you **** and need to shape up your customer service because it ****.

My “advisor “ told me it would be about 90min to wait for my Jeep’s oil change, I opted to wait at the shop... 2 hours passed and I was told my “advisor left”.... an new guy told me 15 min more.... and it was another hour! Before it was done .... pathetic.... if it is going to be long because you are slammed, I get it... just give me realistic expectations so I can figure out my morning! Poor service
