I took my vehicle to this dealership for an oil change. I thought my experience went well until I was informed that I was recommended a service for my 2019 Jeep compass that really was not needed. I was charged $90 for a break fluid change. I also feel as though the break fluid wasn't changed because the service plus my oil change and tire rotation would have taken much longer than 1 and a half hours. As a woman I just wanted to make sure that my vehicle had everything needed and trusted that the Service Advisor knew best. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I was alone and my Fiancé was not able to come with me. My Service advisor was 2123 John W. Otero Jr. and I thought that he was nice but now I know that I trusted too soon with him and this dealership. I traveled all the way from BUCKEYE AZ because there was no Saturday availability near my home and I am very disappointed about this. If you are a woman I don't recommend going to this dealership for service alone.
