I was there 6 hours on a Monday I watched my truck sit there and everyone pass me by all day. I wanted it detailed and theybd8dnt do it. I live in prescott and this the second time this has happened. They weren't even busy several times the bay was empty hut for some reason my truck sat there waiting on a brake check then at the end of the day they change the pads cause they couldn't find anything wrong. Under warranty. And did my oil consumption test cause its burning oil but told me it was OK. But I have to log data every fuel change. And while it sat there they didn't even wash it or detail it like I asked
