Hugo was great!!! What I didn’t like is that I wasn’t acknowledged when I drove up, a simple someone will be with you in a moment. I understand that people are busy but some acknowledgment is always nice so we’re not left wondering okay and I going to be waiting for a while. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Worst service visit yet. I was never contacted in 30 yes 30 hours during which you had my car. Didn’t ask to keep it overnight. Victor had 3 phone numbers to call but didn’t call them all. Claims he called one number only. When that didn’t work why didn’t he call the other numbers? I was worried my car had been stolen. Simply unacceptable keeping my car overnight for a simple oil change. Inexcusable really. Oh and I called 5 times and no one ever had any clue where my car was or if it was ready. Left messages for victor too. Nothing.
