My car was in the shop for two days with no phone calls or updates. I had to reach out to get information on what was happening, I called every hour for 6 hours and left 2 voicemails and nobody called me back. Finally someone called the day I was supposed to give the rental back to tell me the car was done but it had been in an accident? I bought the car new from Midway and it has never been in an accident. So I was confused they said when someone fixed the car they put an electrical plug on wrong which caused the AC problem that I took it in for. Then I get the car back and my bumper is broken and again can’t get ahold of anyone in your shop to ask what happened. Horrible customer service! I will be finding another dealership to purchase and repair my vehicles.
