Showed Jacob a coupon from Cerritos Nissan website, before write up, assumed I would get a discount due to spending over $300 dollars in Maintenance; once I picked up my car, I asked to see the bill, and didn’t notice my discount on my invoice, even though he said he applied it to the service, that was in correct; because he first quoted me $341, on my write up, without my coupon, if the total was 341+ 10 dollars in tax came out to 351, than were was my discount at; why advertise coupons on your website if your not going to honor them, but he did go back and applied it, I saved 30 dollars; I appreciate him fixing it for me..ANOTHER THING, this is in regards to sales department, can you stop harassing me about selling my vehicle, I AM IN NO POSITION IN SALING MY VEHICLE, I emailed them and told them constantly on the phone.

Seemed like a lot of disconnect in the whole process. When I showed up for my appointment they didn’t seem to have me on record. They also did not have record of the vehicle maintanence plan I had purchased and kept insisting I needed to pay for my service. No attempt was made to actually check and verify I had purchased a plan. I had to bring in paperwork and take it to sales myself to verify. For my 11:30 appointment I was told my car would be ready between 3 & 4 pm. At 5:30 I got a call saying they needed to keep the car overnight. This was for oil change and tire rotation. I was told this was because they were very busy but earlier in the day the rep had told me they were very light that day. I was told the car would be ready no later than 10 am the next morning. I got a text the next morning that the car was ready about 9 am. I went to pick up the car but the rep was nowhere to be found. After waiting 30 minutes I finally asked one of the other non/Alfa reps if my rep was in that day. She called him and he was out making a parts run and said that he had not expected me to be in at that time even though I had gotten a text that my car was ready. The rep told me at that time that he would not be back until 10:30 am and he was still trying to tell me I needed to pay for the service. I had to explain to him again that I had gone to sales with my service plan paperwork and verified the plan purchase. At that point he finally had the other tech zero out the invoice and give me my car. All in all with waiting it took 45 minutes to pick up my car. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

The communication was lacking throughout the whole process. I also got a text from about 3 different numbers, not really knowing which number to respond to. Lastly and most importantly there is a scratch on the driver's side front fender that was not there before. I need to talk to someone about getting that fixed.

Austin is my hero! I am from out of town and had a severe problem with my car on a Saturday afternoon. Austin went out of his way to get me in and properly taken care of. I would have been stranded nearly 100 miles from home were it not for Austin. He is truly the best!
