Austin was super polite and addressed the problem! In fact when I told him I couldn’t afford to fix the problem he was great about getting our vehicle ready for us and not trying to pressure me into repairs I could not afford. The reason I wasn’t satisfied was simply my problem didn’t get fixed because the company was asking to much money to fix it. I will simply have to find someone else that can do it for much less. I am finding the reliable is always priced much higher that other certified garages. As far as the employees, they were all great with us!!

I was second in line at the quick lane at 7:00 am. I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. I work just behind the dealership and I was going to pick it up later around noon when I was going to lunch. When I got back to the dealership around noon my truck had not been worked on yet. They said they would work on it next. I walked up to the corner and got a Schotzskys sandwich and walked back to my work. They called me 45 minutes later and said it was ready. When I dropped it off at 7:00am he asked me if I wanted my truck washed I said no because I had things in the back . When I picked the truck at 6:45pm I noticed on the paperwork that the truck had a complimentary basic wash completed. When I went out to get in my truck I looked to see if it was washed, it wasn’t. This all wasn’t a big thing to me but I know people and they would have had an issue with it

I found the service department to be untrustworthy. There were several lies told on service that was “needed”. My vehicle was turned back to me with the requested work done (hopefully), but the service dash light was still on. I was told it was reset and the came back on because the “full emissions service “ had not been done. This is another lie. The service light is just a mileage counter, not a sensor. I turned the light off when I got home with help from u tube. I would not return to your service department again. I cannot even be sure the requested work was done. Customers are not stupid and this information is readily available.

John in the service department with hair as you guys call him is a complete disaster and nothing but a yes-man. Your manager is even worse and you guys must seem to think that everybody is an elderly rich Scottsdale ignorant customer that you can just keep taking advantage of. This is the second time you’ve done this to us and with my pro master I brought it in with the check engine light on and the problem came up as misfiring and you charged me $880 to fix it. When I pick the van up all the lights on the dashboard where on and then you put it under the computer again All of a sudden another $650 surprise as I pull away. Complete fraudulent rip off you have to be liable for things in life you would not want me to do that to you and I have the biggest franchise in the state of Arizona for home improvements. I buy dodges directly from Detroit but you are the closest dealer and I have four of them and you service all of them when you guys are complete disaster from the second you pull into that nightmare of a mess out front and to your rip off charges. People like us that are pushing the world forward with construction and service vehicles have to be a priority especially when you’re making mistakes and trying to charge more and yet you’ve had my van again for three days for a sensor and something else minor that you were trying to charge three hours labor for when you’re simple oil changing technician couldn’t be any more than 40 dollars an hour.
So my office manager is going to make sure she blogs every day for the next 30 days on her list of procedures horrible references and bad reviews on Dodge until somebody within your company that has morals steps up and takes the Highground and realizes that if you were in any other part of the country you have to be a hell of a lot more competitive, honest and trustworthy because you’re busy you think you can rule the world. You’re out of your mind.

Arrived for my 920 am appointment. Saw multiple service reps not helping anyone, meanwhile I'm just sitting waiting for someone to assist me. I informed one that I had an appointment. He came over, then left without saying anything. He supposedly told another gentleman to assist me. That gentleman comes over and ask who my appointment was with. I informed him then he shouts to the previous gentleman who my appointment is with. He leaves without assisting me.So 10 minutes have passed. Another customer pulls up and a service rep immediately comes out and assists him. I ask the rep how does it work here, because I've been waiting and still has not received any assistance. Meanwhile someone just pulls up and is assisted immediately. So she goes to get my service rep Jacob who is apparently still assisting a previous customer. I assume Jacob asked another service rep to check me in finally. That rep seemed to have a slight attitude while assisting me. But I disregard it because atleast now my car and info is being processed to move forward. It's completely ridiculous how the system there operates. To have to wait until your particular service rep is available even if it's 30 minutes later, while others coming after you are helped is insane. You should be assisted by whomever is available when you arrive.
