I could not reach ANYONE in the service department for a day and a half to get an update on my car. I finally resorted to driving over on my lunch break to talk to someone. VERY frustrating.

Just super laxed. There is no customer service at cerritos. They take your car and just forget about you. Poor service, I wish I would have never bought the extended warranty and would have got my car somewhere else. Really big let down. 10 min dropp off turned into an hour and 20 min of nothing but waiting.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied to see it took 4 hours (from 10 am to 2:00) for a simple oil change and reattachment of belly pan. If I was given a heads up when I brought the car, I would have arranged for someone to pick me up. This is the second time I have used the service from this location and both times, I have been very dissatisfied with the service. Not sure I would ever go back to Grapevine Ford and recommend this location to others.
