I tried to initiate a chat conversation on line when I was making my appointment for a routine oil change. lube and rotation of tires. Never got an answer.
Went to my appointment and it took over two hours to do the job. This was not a very satisfying experience.

2nd time I'd scheduled my vehicle for racks recall. Each time I was greeted with we can't get to it today,you'll need to leave it with us. This time I was prepared to leave my car. Returned my car with protective floor paper and plastic on seats and a number on the dash and a dirty exterior. I didn't notice it until I left as it was covered in dew when I picked it up.
