Hi, I was not going to mention anything until the survey prompted my feedback. I don't have a request at this time but I was dissatisfied with my last visit. I purchased a new Wrangler 4XE a couple of weeks ago. After delivery, I noticed several rattles and loose bolts which I fixed myself such as the ones that secure the driver's door strap in place to the vehicle. One rattle was from the back and it was the cause of my scheduled visit. When I pulled in, Carl Storgarrd met me and asked about the new Jeep. We had a nice talk and then asked why I was in. I told him about the rattle and in a few moments he identified the source as the plastic housing that surrounds and roll cage in the passenger rear of the vehicle. He said the mechanics could access it better and would be able to tighten things and add foam if needed. When he learned that my appointment was scheduled with John Marino, he turned me over to John. I explained Carl's findings to John and showed him the source of the rattle. He understood and asked my current transportation needs. I told him I requested a rental when I scheduled. My wife and I share this vehicle and are unable to be without one. He did not have a rental but got me a Lyft to get home. The following day he called and told me that the Jeep was ready and the rattle was fixed. I then learned that the mechanics drove the Jeep, were unable to find the rattle and felt it was caused by my glasses in the console. When I received the Jeep it was apparent in the first few blocks and rattle was not resolved and was coming from the same place Carl found. My schedule did not allow me to return. I did my best to resolve it with some foam but am unable to access all the areas I would need to. I would have preferred that John would have conveyed the specifics of my concern to the mechanics initially or if not, at least after the fact when they offered no helpful solutions. Sincerely, Alan

John Otero was fantastic to work with. I’d gone to another dealership just a week or so before and they couldn’t get me on the repair schedule before a trip I had planned. John was able to get me in and out on schedule and the techs caught a major issue with my truck that could have been dangerous if I’d left before fixing it. Thanks John!
