I had an appointment for 12:00 for an oil change and it was finally done buy 5:30. I was told the appointment was to drop it of only not for the oil change. If would have known that I would have gone to some other place and not had my vehicle and myself **** all day. Will not use Air Park again.

My service manager Ronnie Crowe is very good, he followed up and gave updates often and when car service is done, he texted let me know, highly recommended. However, whoever did the actual replacement(recall) of low-pressure fuel pump is subpar. The big oily tool was left in my backseat floor, I showed that to one of men at front desk to take it out, he said that tool is used for taking out the fuel pump. I opened the hood and the battery cover on negative terminal is not closed.... so something like these telling me that there is no quality check or overall inspection at all after the service. Very bad for a Lexus !
