I did not get a call saying my vehicle was ready. I had to call to see if it was ready and the day I picked it up she was off. I also requested a quote on how much it will cost for a fuel pressure sensor. I asked one of the managers and he stated someone would get back to me. Guess what I never heard from nobody. Wow!!!

My truck was scheduled to be worked on the day I took it in. I dropped the truck off the day before so they could have it first thing in the morning. They never got to my truck so I picked it up that evening. I had to go out of town. If a person scheduled a time to have a vehicle worked on they should be able to work on it when they tell you. If not tell us so we don’t waste our time taking it to the garage for a couple days.

Service was great although there was a bit of confusion about when the car would be back from the car wash. I don’t blame the service department- they appeared to be trying to find it - but the wait was over 15 minutes when they said it would be “just a couple minutes.” I would have happily waited inside longer before checkout (I was working) instead of standing around outside waiting for the car.
I know you pride yourself on great service, which is why I am sharing this- but do know the service was great and this is a little thing. ???? No need to have anyone call me or address it. I love my car, you guys are great and I will be back.

So Miguel did fine, and was excellent. However, before talking to him in person, I had difficulty scheduling the appointment. I was unable to order the part first. I called parts and they sent me to service. Service said I had to come in before they could order me a new key for my car. I got here for my appointment, but the appointment never got scheduled. If I hadn't written miguerls name down, I don't know what would have happened. He helped me get the part ordered and then programmed.
