Extremely disappointed. I have been in for service before but after this experience I will NEVER come back. I was lied to, ripped off and there was poor communication. A little honesty and integrity would have made a huge difference. Happy to discuss further if you like.

Mr. Fitzgerald did an outstanding job on our families Chevy Cruze. The car is running great! All the issues at hand were promptly brought to my attention and explained clearly. No actual service was initiated without my authorization, which I liked. i was very pleased with actions taken to help with my necessary commute to work. Mr Fitzgerald was able to get me a shuttle service and loaner car and that, excuse my french, kicked A**! I did, however, hear there was a shortage in loaner cars at your company. Mr. Fitzgerald, made it happen for me, but had he not been able to, it would have made for a somewhat upsetting visit; not at the fault of Mr. Fitzgerald but Reliable Chevrolet. If your shuttle service will not accommodate all work times of the client, AM or PM, then a loaner car should be available. My Cruz is running great and I'm driving confident. Thankyou Reliable Chevrolet and Sean.
