I have been going to Courtesy Chevrolet for years. When I purchased my vehicle in December 2020 at Midway, I decided to give them my business for providing service maintenance on my vehicle. Today, my husband went in to complete an oil change and a new headlight bulb due to the design of the truck, we couldn't do it ourselves. Anyways, he was offered a complimentary car wash. Apparently, Adrian told him of CHIPS in the windshield which was acknowledged on the passenger side, not in the center of the windshield. Cut to 2 hours later, the car is returned with about a 10 inch crack in the windshield and all we got was "I told him about the chips" and "we're not responsible". The truck is washed weekly so this leads me to believe the crack was caused by negligence on the/a mechanic or lot attendant while working or moving the vehicle. If the car was left in the sun for an extended amount of time, that is not a customer's fault since nobody wants to wait for anything. Jeanne was gracious, calm and understanding when I spoke with her but I cannot say the same for Adrian. The fact that dealerships are cash cows and you only care about the bottom line is gross. If you break it you fix it and the service here was not even up to par. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location in the future for service or to purchase a vehicle in the future. My friends and family will be aware of this experience and I'm sure that will be passed on to others. I hope it was worth it to keep a windshield in your inventory. Good bye.

Jorge goes above and beyond for us we have 2 jeeps 2020 and 2021 we keep coming back just because of him and Sheila . We dislike the GM there he is a total **** hole. But the people that make his paycheck are amazing even during these hard times . Also service manager mike should not have this position, he can’t even seem to know anything about jeeps.
