I used to go to Puente Hills ( lived area ),always there by7 & out by11:30/11:45. For just a reg service? They kept my car (needed a part ) & owed me a loaner that I didn’t get till almost 3 the next day. My appointment was 7, I got there at 8:15 ( I called that I would be late) & Mr Fears still got my car out B4 11. I believe this was my 3rd time & both Mr Tony & Mr Eric told me what was gonna B done now, what will B next service & what to watch for. Customer service, professionalism ( ur 2 techs ) & respect is what u have & Y I’ll go to Cerritos

But each time I would call text it seemed no one knew what was going on with my pickup I purchased Saturday the 11th. I drove there Monday Tuesday and then today I finally got my vehicle. Now another salesperson took upon her self to insure that my pickup was fueled up and got my temporary tag that no one put on my truck but she did. I forgot her name she has short blonde hair and is a pistol to boot. She was the one that made the experience better. Ya all need a protocol cause it seems nobody knows anything except her.

When I checked in I stood at your desk for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. I asked if I was at the right desk, and was still not looked at, greeted, or treated with any kind of welcoming warmth or courtesy. I was pointed over to the next desk and dismissed. Seriously, not the way to keep customers coming back.

Have now asked on two separate visits for the tire monitoring system light that stays on all the time to be reset and never has been done. Also was told we have a new starter that was put in and it states on receipt it’s a Re manufactured starter. Chance told us it was new and to ignore what was on the paperwork and it was purchased at Oreillys Store not actual Chevy part. Way overpriced at $557.29. A new starter at OReillys is only $139.00. Talk about price gouging. This was the third time we had the vehicle towed in for not starting so I’m hoping this time the problem is solved if not I’m going to be very very pissed!
