This is Gloria Demko I spent 3 hours for an oil change. An excessive amount of time. Then no one told me it was ready and I had to hunt for someone to find it and get my bill. I called when I got home to speak to someone and never got a return call from someone who was out when I called. The people working there were pleasant but even though I’m old I am busy. 3hours for an oil change is unacceptable

The appointment was for a recall, no one cared to find out if the parts were going to be available until after the car was dropped off at 7: 00am and I was called at noon to be informed that the part was not going to be available until the end of the year. Big waste of time that could have been avoided with just figuring it out before the car was dropped off because you knew it was for the recall
