I had an appointment to have my oil changed at 7:30 am I did not get my car until 9:50. I just hope that the oil tech is not getting paid by the hour., because he must have walked around with a coffee cup in his hand for about an hour and then went to the bathroom for another hour and then decided to actually do some work. I know exactly how long it takes to change the oil in my Fiat Abarth.because I have done it myself so an seasoned tech should have done the oil change in about 15 minutes. I can’t believe I had to wait that long just for a simple oil change.

I heard nothing all day Monday to inquire the status of my car. I had to leave a message at 5:30 on voicemail. I received a call later from George telling me they
Would need to keep my car overnight because the work wasn’t finished. He promised to schedule an Uber to bring me back to the dealership at 9 AM on Tuesday so I could get a loaner so I could pick up my prescriptions & groceries. I waited all morning & no Uber. So at noon I called, again receiving recording. I left a message, but never received a response. I finally went through the switchboard & reached the manager of service dept. There was never an apology from the service rep. I finally got a message at around 4 telling me my car was ready & Uber was on the way to my home. Considering that the woman who scheduled my service appointment told me the work would only take 3 hours, I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. I had to call repeatedly to ask for an update on the work.
