I scheduled my appointment to have my truck recalls fixed a week ahead of time. Brought my truck down Monday for my 10 AM appointment. I also have another truck with recalls that was scheduled the following day and I was supposed to switch them out. The wrong phone number on the business card didn’t help. I was informed that my truck was running behind schedule @ 1pm Tuesday and would be available to pickup 4-5 pm. I received a call at 3pm saying my truck was well done but the parts were not ordered to repair the 3 recalls and I can just bring it back when they get the parts sometime. They welcomed my other truck to be brought in even tho we missed the deadline. I was very unhappy and told Joerge to verify the parts were ready for the other truck and as it turns out they also would need to be ordered and would be a few days…. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time! Why would you have my 2 trucks scheduled for a recall repair and not order parts to repair them?

Jon Kenney is a great service mgr. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The dealership is terrible however. To wait for an hour at the dealership for a loaner and then have to go to Enterprise Rent-a-Car and wait for 3 hrs for a loaner is a waste of a day and my time. The Covid excuse is an old one at this point. Get your act together!

I won’t hold my breathe for a phone call. I couldn’t get one the entire time I was trying to get service. Absolutely no customer service and rude people to boot! Our vehicle was returned to us without even being cleaned up at all, especially after leaving us without a vehicle for days and having to find another ride to work!
