Brought my car in at 8:30. I needed oil change and tire rotation plus there was a software update needed. I was told it would be a few hours. At 2:00 I called to get the status of my repairs and was told they hadn’t started working in my car and that they couldn’t do software update but could do oil change and tire rotation and car would be done around 3:00-3:30. Jorge called me at 4:30 to tell me the car was ready. Extremely poor service and communication. Very disappointed . Most of my day ruined /wasted. If someone would have called me at 11 or noon I could have made plans ……
