The staff was great, and dealership very efficient and courteous, but I am not happy I brought my car in for a recall notice after receiving a letter and gave up 2 hours of my day dropping off then getting called to pick up up car which nothing could be done on as the garage did not have the parts. Audi sent me the request . . . They should ensure their dealerships have the parts. I should be compensated for my time as I will have to do this all over again when part comes in
