Service was completed on time. Additional work was needed to bring the A6 up to like new performance with new brakes, rotors, and a battery. It's now safe as it was when new. And, they cleaned inside and out. Looks and runs great.

When I scheduled my appointment I requested a car. When I arrived I was told I would be getting a rented car from enterprise. I made my appointment two weeks prior and don’t understand why Audi did not have a car for me. My problem with this is when I got to enterprise I had to wait 40 minutes as they where busy. I had a appointment and this set me back late. I also had to buy insurance as I don’t want to pay my deductible and a deposit which doesn’t go into my account for days which put me in a situation of a late payment or my car. Very upsetting morning not happy at all with the customer service.

Hi Team Audi, yes, I had A very good experience and I appreciate all of the help from Bill. My Audi came into service because of a rattle in the overhead sunroof. My experience with rattles is that service departments often dismiss the existence or severity of the rattle. Bill and his team did a good job of getting rid of most of the noise. The rattle is not as bad. Next time I’m in for service I would to have attended to again, and see if we can even fix it better or eliminate rattle completely. Thanks, Glen F
