The individual who processed the loan car & who checked me out on my return was not welcoming nor professional. I did not have my insurance card with me so I called my agent who then emailed my proof of insurance. She made me feel uncomfortable during this delay with her very withdrawn cold attitude. No conversation was initiated by her outside her very short responses to my questions. Not a pleasurable experience.
