Joshua was fantastic, very courteous and polite. Putnam has improved their service by the consultants.
My only concern is that my loaner car did not have a full tank of gas as it was indicated on the paperwork. Tank was about 7/8 full. I did take a picture of fuel as i was driving out from Lexus when I returned it I wouldn’t be charged. However when I returned the car I returned the loaner car with a full tank of gas. I treat the loaner car like my own car but I feel like the few bad apples are holding us back. Eg I have a special pet cover for my own car and I moved the same exact pet cover to the loaner car. This is my 2nd lexus and likely I will get a 3rd car but I find that things are changing. Where is the common courtesy of patrons?
