Fadi is a very personable, knowledgeable Service Rep. He callled me to remind me that my vehicle is due for service. I don’t keep a record of these maintenance schedule so it was very helpful for him to take on that responsibility; in this busy world it’s one less thing I have to worry about, he’s become my Personal Secretary just like in my office. Winston helped us get the correct service completed on our 2010 RX450h. We’ve gone off the typical maintenance schedule as we don’t drive as much as expected. Winston advised the best service for the car and it was ready for pickup about two hours later. It worked great for us. The convenience of Putnam Lexus service for us can’t be topped and everytime we’ve gotten our cars back they’ve run great.
