Mr. Joe Bermudez, Assistant Service Manager, is an excellent individual who cares about me as a customer and he cares about the service to my car. He explains all the service my car needs. He asks if I have any concerns or questions I want answered about my car. He was going to provide me with a loaner car but I asked if I could stay and wait for my car. I recommend that Josh should give a seminar to the rest of the staff on how to treat customers professionally, and at the same time with respect and courtesy. Some of them have forgotten, or have chosen to forget, how to do that and who the customer is. And that is one of the reasons we have chosen to go elsewhere for certain services.
