Joe was very polite, did everything he said he would do, and answered all of my questions. However I don’t feel the air conditioner should have ever malfunctioned. I have never owned a car that had an air conditioner break.

When I picked up the car, The brake pedal was slippery. At my next stop, I had to clean it off with hand sanitizer or if was too dangerous to drive. I guess some handler was not careful enough about cleaning off shoes before driving the car

Joe was super, but the girl at the office was rude, when I asked her to go with me to check the loaner vehicle, she was very unhappy. Her response was “It’s already checked , don’t you see it on the paper?! First of all. It was my first time to get loaner. I used to check my vehicle with someone when I had Infinity next door. Then she should explain to me what I initial or sign or I would spend 30 minutes to read the whole agreement. Next day when I was picked up my car she was better.
